Aircall is still the best phone system tool for business

As a CSR I believe Aircall is still the most reliable and scalable phone system for the following reasons: 1. User friendly interface 2. Seamless integration to other business tools 3. Good quality calls and reliability 4. With comprehensive analytics and reporting 5. Customizable according to your business needs However, it think you can still work out on this opportunity. 1. Call not appearring sometimes.

I work in businees when reaching out to my clients all over the world is a necessity. I have previusly been using other apps and softwares for voip calls but was never as good when it comes to the connection and were easy to control.

Aircall works for us here in the family resource center. The call quality is good and transfers are smooth. We are able to identify callers based on the schools and add notes as needed.

Using it since 3 years

Using it since 3 years - no troubles Very easy to use Solution which can be scaled well. We use it to provide numbers to our outbound team and we do not think of switching They could do a better job on analytics but that's not the main USP for me - their main USP is reliable calling, which they absolutely fullfill

Enjoying the clean and easy to use app!

We enjoy the clean and responsive web apps for our dispatch operations. The ability to quickly load and filter through calls and transcripts is a value add. Also, call tagging and notes in the app are a breeze with each portion of the app broken out into separate menus is a plus as info is not lost in 1 continuous stream.
