Great CTI

We moved to AirCall from another CTI - We wanted something that integrated with our CRM (SaleForce) We're so happy with AirCall and the transition over. It has been smooth sailing since! When we have run into issues, their support team has been quick to help. The app is easy to use and simply great…

The app is easy to use and simply great at handling calls. I use it primarily on my laptop for receiving customer calls and reaching out to them for follow ups. Its mobile app comes handy when you're on the go. This tool is a great addition for customer service teams!

Very quick and easy to integrate

Very quick and easy to integrate. The click-to-call function makes my job so much easier, and the quick recording and transcript feedback make reviewing my calls a breeze. I would recommend to businesses making lots of calls.

I Love Aircall

I love Aircall. It's so simple to use and I never have any issues with connections or with people trying to get through to me. It works well for our team as it is super easy to set up additional mobile numbers for each team member. I've used it at multiple businesses and it has always worked well!

Great Product

Overall, great and easy-to-use product. There is no need for training and everything is set up to link with my CRMs and dashboards. The connection is great (provided the internet works). There does seem to be an issue with texting, but it is unclear why (it could be an admin setting).
