Excellent Platform

What do you like best? Ease of use, Integration to other platforms, customer service and ongoing development of platform and updates. What do you dislike? Some times it takes a while for the page to load up (only a few additional seconds more than i'm will to wait) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Integration with Quickbooks makes the accounting side so much easier especially when you are new to finances.

Never guess whether an expense will be approved again!

What do you like best? The UX is clear and responsive. Being able to request funds instead of requesting reimbursements (though you can do that too) is a pretty killer feature. Not to mention the service-specific card numbers! What do you dislike? TBH I haven't used it enough to figure out the bad parts or sharp edges yet. The main reason why I went with Airbase is because they really address all of the areas of spend management: processing AP invoices, virtual credit cards, physical credit cards, vendor management and payments, approval workflows. Great product - does exactly what's needed

What do you like best? What I like best is that Airbase makes vendor management & software payments so much simpler and easy to use. As an expense manager, it's super easy to create virtual credit cards, pay our vendors on time, and reduce my compliance & spend tracking overhead. User friendly & very efficient

What do you like best? Airbase is simple to use and provides a much needed service, especially in an industry with many markets around the country that wouldn't have access to HQ funding via credit card otherwise. Amazingly Simple Software

What do you like best? I get a kick of telling employees to send me a request for a virtual credit card only to tell me they don't have a login and 5 minutes later their request is approved and they have the virtual card requested! And they figured out how to do everything on their own! What do you dislike? Airbase is still not designed to facilitate the entire purchase cycle from purchase request to PO to goods receipt to invoice process and payment. Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best? I like that it reduced the touch points needed by finance while maintaining visibility and control over spend. What do you dislike? I would like balance sheet accounts to be an option. I'd like to be able to split spend between > 1 account code. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Best system I've worked with yet! Fast easy, Super user friendly!

What do you like best? How fast we can get approvals and responses back from the system. The replies are almost instant , no waiting an extensive amount of time for the conformation.
