Excellent tool
Great tool for anyone doing any sort of business that requires SEO. How else would you know that one term is more popular than another? I love that you can look up search term popularity on Amazon or Google (Or Bing?), and change your geo as well. Excellent tool.

Awesome customer service from May
I can't believe how fast their customer service team is at problem solving. I sent them an email requesting to downgrade my account (I had my dates wrong), and within 1-2 minutes May had replied with a partial refund and the account downgrade sorted for me. I feel compelled to write this review as I'm stunned at the speed! Great work May.

I’m tired of bugs!
I’m tired of bugsThe tool is going down so often it drives me crazy. Site Audit was lagging at least 3 times this week - it just kept loading and loading for me. Which is very sad because the tool is OK overall, I like the rank tracker, but I’m just so tired of waiting for some tools to load the data. I’m just not sure this is worth it.

Expansive and inaccurate!!
Expansive and inaccurate!!! You have to pay for trial So I decided to take a trial to see how tool works….the trial is paid, why am I supposed to pay for one week of trial?? Keyword metrics are not accurate, some very needed words have no metrics at all! This is main thing I want to have and they don’t provide. Unhappy!

4 stars for trial off-boarding purely on the basis that SEMRush as a competitor doesn’t let you leave without emailing them. Avoid SEMRush!

Getting worse and worse
Getting worse and worse! Been a customer for 5 years. They have slowly and surely declined in service and recently its got really poor, something I can see others here are also experiencing. 1) Payment gateway broke - several times2) Features they are adding are next to useless for any marketer.3) They had an error which removed all long term keywords, this was resolved later though, but the explanation of it, made zero sense.4) Cancelled my account without authorisation.5) Really ...

Great support
As is overall a wonderful SEO software for many different uses such as backlink checking but one thing I am very impressed with the support by this business overall one of the best I have ever encountered since they are always polite helpful and smart so you can even get amazing tips or simply good help with whatever your issue is more less.
