PROS: Because Agora helped me manage all my social media accounts, I can respond to clients faster and keep them satisfied. Now, customer support through efficient management of social media accounts, thanks to Agora, will definitely be least of my problems when I expand and receive more clients. CONS: I'm very pleased with AgoraPulse. I can't find any dislike at the moment. If there is one, it's mostly due to the social media platforms themselves, not Agora.

PROS: I laud Agora not only for that it is a nifty platform, but mostly due to its very helpful customer support. All representatives are consistently prompt to reply and easy to talk with. CONS: ZIlch! Agora has been very useful to my everyday work and they continue to upgrade their systems.

PROS: Agora Pulse has great combination of tools, apps, analytics and wonderful price. It allows me to track everything and it provides me with valuable analytics. The other thing I like most about Agora is the fact that they constantly work on their software so they can improve our overall experience. AgoraPulse is easy to use tool and it offers great set of features

PROS: AgoraPulse is affordable solution that offers great social tools. It is highly economic solution. Its UI is easy to use, it allows you to schedule posts, assign and manage comments and messages, and you are even able to keep track of the keywords as well. Streamlining processes in other platforms

PROS: My favorites with Agora are being able to publish in bulk and for several times; republishing content in all accounts; the queue categories and scheduling options; and a unified inbox. CONS: I suggest Agora add an option to resize photos depending on the platform it will be posted on. I also hope it allows same-day, multiple publications of a single post.
