Aginity Workbench for puredata system for analytics

What do you like best? This application gives a robust UI for writing smaller queries as well as for complex functions and Stored Procedures. Option to select different databases gives a user friendly and one of a kind experience. This makes analytics of data more interesting and enjoyable. What do you dislike? Even when the database name is given in the query, this application is not smart enough to pick that and it picks whatever database is already selected. Other than this,i found ...

Extremely User friendly

What do you like best? People who know SQL can easily work on Aginity as it's front end coding contains SQL as the language to interact with the Hadoop framework. Also, you can run different queries on different tabs which makes parallel processing easy. Very reusable and scalable in terms of user friendliness. I have used the Analytics Management extensively. Aginity Amp makes sure that analytics use is consistent across your company. It catalogs both the data and the math utilized to ...

Good tool for Amazon Databases

What do you like best? It is easy to use and it is very fast to connect databases in the cloud. I used the version for Redshift. It has a complete set of tools to operate and develop your own databases. It can connect databases with native connector or ODBC. It seems to be simple application, but there are many features that can be used. At same time, it supports all your needs for a daily basis job. What do you dislike? It seems that the software was developed with old components. UI ...

Not the most user friendly, but effective

Describe the project or task the product helped with: SQL workbench for querying the redshift database. I write my queries in aginity, then it calls the database. What do you like best? It’s pretty quick to get up and running, and once you’re all set up, the interface is pretty straightforward. What do you dislike? There is no automatic SQL formatting, so you have to create line breaks yourself. If you want to add that option, you have to really get into the technical nuts and bolts
