No limits!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Scalable and flexible program, that's true. I often wonder if there is something it can't do, I guess not. Believe it or not, it excludes thinking-everything is there, served to you, and you only take what you need. The system grows as you grow, following every new process you've implemented, and adapting to every new user. Customization Contract Management Workflow
What do you like best? We really needed a customized solution for our healthcare contracts. Every other system we looked at was very rigid and did not give us flexibility. Agiloft really thinks of the user and makes implementations very easy and automated. Unlimited End User portal is a huge plus for us. What do you dislike? Enteprise data managment, ticketing, documents, and team colaboration
I really appreciate the ability to track tickets within our organization.The way the Agiloft company support us is solid fast and reliable. No troublesome bearocracy and support charges are reasonable and the outcome is very effective. Their software enterprise system is custom and configurable. The entry cost is easy. Almost too easy. Especially when you compare it to the competition. We were using Tivoli and it was expensive and cumbersome.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Their flexibility fascinates me day by day, I still can't believe I'm using a single tool to perform so many actions. What do you like best? This product is powerful and customizable. Totally cool system. the people at Agiloft are the best part. They care and do help. For a good price. Very affordable. Complete help desk solution
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Agiloft admins as myslef are lucky people, because they have an amazing control panel to edit features as they want. We are much more independent from customer support, in the sense that we solve problems internally, involving only consultants or some light engineering. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I wasn't that lucky with help desks before, so I approached Agiloft with a dose of fear and concern. However, I was pleasantly surprised by its easiness and painless installation, and that's the feeling I've had ever since. Technically intuitive, an administrator's favorite interface
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? My company uses Agiloft to manage documents and to create tickets. Our experience is highly satisfactory because we don't lose time setting up dashboards, and we navigate the app quite intuitively. The system adjusted to our workflow painlessly, and we automated back ups (.xml.ew) to integrate them with our Commvault security solution. We like this system, and we recommend it to everybody.
