PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Scalable and flexible program, that's true. I often wonder if there is something it can't do, I guess not. Believe it or not, it excludes thinking-everything is there, served to you, and you only take what you need. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The second name of Agiloft is streamlined operations, it is simply the most flexible tool we've ever used. Best and most versatile CRM with full customization options

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This is the first CRM that had all moduls we needed from the beginning, in all other cases we were supposed to pay additional feeds to integrate a new module. Working in the program is too simple, you just locate the feature that you want to use, you modify it to satisfy your needs, and your work is done. Complete help desk solution

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Agiloft admins as myslef are lucky people, because they have an amazing control panel to edit features as they want. We are much more independent from customer support, in the sense that we solve problems internally, involving only consultants or some light engineering. Customization Contract Management Workflow

What do you like best? We really needed a customized solution for our healthcare contracts. Every other system we looked at was very rigid and did not give us flexibility. Agiloft really thinks of the user and makes implementations very easy and automated. Unlimited End User portal is a huge plus for us. What do you dislike?
