Better value than Cision

What do you like best? I like the support and value received compared to the hard-sell tactics and higher prices of Cision. What do you dislike? I wish the collaboration features were a little more intuitive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's enabled me to target media more selectively.

Reliable and useful tool

What do you like best? I think the media database is by far the best feature. What do you dislike? It's more difficult to track coverage, although I've not really used this function before.
