What do you like best? I think the media database is by far the best feature. What do you dislike? It's more difficult to track coverage, although I've not really used this function before. What do you like best? I like that I'm able to format press releases in such a user friendly manner. I also like that I'm able to send myself a test release right away. What do you dislike? Adding contacts to my media lists is not as intuitive as I would like. When I click add it send me to a search, when I don't need to do a search (I already have the contact information. Agility PR provides a marked improvement over the competition

What do you like best? I like the comprehensive database of media contacts and the birds-eye-view provided by the dashboard. What do you dislike? I wish the collaborative feature were a little more intuitive. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a try--you'll be pleased with the results What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Agility to reach out to media--it's easier than building and maintaining our own database.

Huge database of contacts

What do you like best? The sheer number of journalists in the database is massive and we nearly always find someone at the publication we're targeting. What do you dislike? The UX isn't brilliant and is starting to look a little dated. We also find that some contacts are out of date. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? AgilityPR is friendlier than the alternatives (like Cision)

What do you like best? I love being able to log in and see the dashboard--giving me instantaneous access to the health of our campaigns. What do you dislike? Sometimes I like using our CRM or other software to work with the contact information for outlets--the export limit of 1,000 per file is a little annoying. Using Agility PR for a year

What do you like best? Pretty simple to launch a campaign and target contacts What do you dislike? Report are not very useful, the insights a just 2 charts and very difficult to export to send to your client. After a campaign it is hard to tell who opened and the export only allow to export 1000 contacts. Viewing more than 200 contacts make it difficult to manage. What do you like best? The main thing that we like right now is the reports that are created to send off to our clients. What do you dislike? The add on's - it should be a completed packaged with all media platforms included - not piecing them off. We also expected to be able to download the media contacts - and that was an extra expense as well. We were not happy with that.
