What do you like best? Agility is a 'holistic' tool which, enables me, as a social media specialist, to easily search the latest trends and influencers in the health industry. What do you dislike? Agility PR is a breath of fresh air
What do you like best? Agility PR is a more user friendly database for searching than cision. I find it easier to search and easier to view results. What do you dislike? Wher Agility is easier to use, it does not have quite as much content in results as Cision. Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't be afraid to try something new. A fairly useful database
What do you like best? A variety of press contacts from a wide range of industries. The database can help you target the right press contacts. What do you dislike? The template is quite boring with the use of only a word file and image which is different from using a platform such as Mailchimp. What do you like best? The database is great but their team is better. When I can't find a contact they have been super helpful in finding it. What do you dislike? Honestly nothing. When it comes to press nothing is a sure thing ... so if they could be fixed it'd even be better ... What do you like best? I am able to get assistance whenever I need. I also like that I can build my own lists. What do you dislike? the learning curb - but it really is pretty simple to use. Better value than Cision
What do you like best? I like the support and value received compared to the hard-sell tactics and higher prices of Cision. What do you dislike? I wish the collaboration features were a little more intuitive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's enabled me to target media more selectively.

Positive experience with Agility
What do you like best? Agility's customer service is always available to help and responds in a timely manner. What do you dislike? I've found that there are several publications missing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? While there are several publications missing from Agility, it has come in handy on numerous occasions when looking for specific writers.
