Worth every penny!

What do you like best? We can't rely on automation in our industry and with our volume of content, Agility's human curation gives us peace of mind knowing that real humans are reviewing our clips and ensures that we are never worried about what content is being sent to our executives. What do you dislike? No complaints at this point, it took a couple of weeks to get everything up and running smoothly but that is to be expected with any new provider. Glad we switched services

What do you like best? We got tired of being yanked around by our old PR provider. Agility's customer service is amazing. You get an immediate response and I like the chat function. They're also adding a lot of reporting capabilities to enhance the platform at no additional cost, so we feel like we're getting our money's worth and not being nickel and dimed. What do you dislike? Good customer service, product

What do you like best? Their customer services is excellent - love the chat function so you can get an immediate answer. They check in often but not too often. Product is good and has served us well. The list of writers is good - I know they are real people as I get responses back when I send press releases. What do you dislike? Wish we could have more than one person in at a time without paying a lot more - or if someone forgets to log out it doesn't take 30 minutes to time out. ...

What do you like best? The customer service team is by far the most responsive group we have worked with. Our account managers and the chat option have both been very helpful in our transition from our old vendor to Agility PR Solutions. What do you dislike? We don't love the way that broadcast clips appear on critical mention. We would prefer our clients don't see the edit or archive options. Delivers exactly what is promised

What do you like best? Database of 860,000 unique users across all sectors of industry. Excellent easy to use search facility to drill down for distribution list. Great technical back up with on line immediate chat line. Customer service with a smile! What do you dislike?
