Very user friendly, awesome support staff
What do you like best? The platform is easy to use and includes great information about the journalists. Lots of good detail. The ability to customize and add private information for each contact is also very useful. What do you dislike? We are not able to add a pdf or hard copy clip to the tracking database only web links. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using Agility to build our media lists and finding relevant ...

Stay Away From Agility
What do you like best? There is nothing to like here. Horrible employees. Shady sales people. Bad Data. What do you dislike? I have had many issues with Agility from fraudulent data to up their numbers to nightmare employees that don't care about anything besides locking suckers into contracts for their crap database. I have complained numerous times about their fraudulent data and they don't care at all. Not only that, I have tried to negotiate my price down if I paid in full ...

A vital tool for any PR employee
What do you like best? As someone new to a PR role, being be ableto have a global hub of contacts is essential and has really helped me make headway in my position. What do you dislike? The search functionality is fantastic but the UI is kind of muddled. Certain text elements are too small to be noticeable and it makes for searching errors. Recommendations to others considering the product: The ease of use makes it a must have for media outreach. If you're looking for a way ...

Saving time and solving an issue
What do you like best? It saves our team time trying to search out contacts by DMA or by content focus. The support team is excellent and is willing to help with whatever random questions may come to mind. What do you dislike? We have to share one log in for the team which makes it difficult to execute projects sometimes. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a quick and easy way to ensure that you're reaching quality contacts for PR needs. It also saves a ...

Agility PR database training
What do you like best? A really helpful session today, in one hour I found out a huge amount about what Agility PR Solutions can do re. targeting the right journalists and distribution of press materials etc. but there is more to it than this that you wouldn't know about without the training. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike about the system is that some functions are buried or in small text, so you need to do the training or you wouldn't know they were there. What ...

A solid media monitoring and distribution platform
What do you like best? It is easy to distribute press releases and, once your monitoring terms are set up, easy to keep a look across any resulting coverage. What do you dislike? The platform has certain quirks - these tend to be OK once you realise what you have to do! Social media monitoring could be improved - having to create subscriptions and topics is a little laborious. Also discovering contacts needs some work. Some times, when creating a media list, I have to use the ...

Good tool - but takes some work to get it set up
What do you like best? Agility is a really good tool with a range of useful services - it isn't just something to pull coverage off. The team are also really helpful via live chat/email if you need help. What do you dislike? It takes a lot of effort to set up - whereas with other providers I've worked with, they can do more in the back end with key words etc. to save you configuring them. Influencers seem to be more journalists than they are bloggers/vloggers/social media content ...
