Efficient, informative and aesthetically pleasing tool that will make your job easier
What do you like best? First off, the media contact list is top-notch, and the customer service is equally impressive – and very quick. If any questions or issues do arise, it's never long until someone is there to answer for you. What do you dislike? Unfortunately, searches and lists are only kept for a limited amount of time. Great Media Monitoring Application
What do you like best? The application is very quick to learn how to use. What do you dislike? There are some features that we have felt should be included, that turns out are extra such as print media for example. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are getting media coverage related to keywords that we preset and can change at any time, and can set new ones within a matter of minutes.

Agility is a gamechanger
What do you like best? I like that while based in London, I can search for media contacts around the UK, and direct press releases to specific media contacts by outlet, area and much more. What do you dislike? The list of topics that journalists write about is quite rigid, it would be great to have the flexibility to search keywords and terms like you can with Google trends. What do you like best? Agility PR Solutions is an all-in-one solution bringing agency-level tools to our in-house PR and marketing department. I like that it offers media monitoring, reporting and media contacts in one place. Love that it includes social media monitoring. E-mails and reports are nice looking. What do you dislike? Excellent media monitoring and distribution product. And really nice people.
What do you like best? The customer service is excellent and I really like their product What do you dislike? As a not-for-profit, I just with our annual quota of emails we could send out was higher. It's such a seamless system and really easy to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a media database and a distribution platform in one.

What do you like best? The ease at which you can find any new media coverage, and also how simple it is to set up and push out a press release to your audience. What do you dislike? Only being able to export into an excel document once you've saved it across into a folder. If you could export at the Topics level then you could quickly and easily see any irrelevant coverage and then put in keywords to remove it before saving your finalised coverage into a folder. Extensive database and great customer support
What do you like best? Agility PR's extensive database has helped us reach a new audience and supports us in getting the word out about our organization's initiatives. Their customer support is top notch and interface is easy to navigate. Plus, we can review the success of the releases - see who clicked, who did not click, who unsubscribed, etc. And the releases don't look automated - you can even add your own personal message at the top.
