Highly valued tool for our media relations program

What do you like best? The overall functionality, ease of use and excellent customer service. What do you dislike? Alerts expire and the timeframe wasn't clearly articulated at first. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Media monitoring and targeted outreach. We have replaced agency monitoring with this tool, bringing it in house. Also we use this for story generation.

More than I expected

What do you like best? I like being able to compare against competitors in share of voice and the intuitive way to program releases to be sent to selected media lists. What do you dislike? The search sometimes isn't intuitive for targeting media. I also have issues with making sure when I am pulling clip reports that they are truly articles and coverage and not analyst reports on companies.
