Great onboarding

What do you like best? The product itself is straightforward and easy to use. What do you dislike? There's not really anything I can think of to add to this section. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing a media database takes time if you don't have a service like Agility. The system has saved me plenty of time already.

Fantastic proactive experience

What do you like best? Every person I have dealt with at Agility has been incredible proactive about enhancing our experience and ensuring the service is running perfectly for us. What do you like best? We had a unique need for our media monitoring needs and Agility was able to dedicate a team of of experts to help us with this project. They followed up regularly to make sure we were getting what we needed. What do you dislike? The service didn't work for us "out of the box," but that wasn't an issue for the Agility team. Agility for geoscience comms

What do you like best? Agility is a no-nonsense, fuss free coms tool for media monitoring and distributions. Its pretty intuitive and has proven to be a good overall online tool for geoscience comms. What do you dislike? Not a lot to dislike to be honest - I suppose the only think I can thin of is that it occasionally turns off topic monitoring as they time out. Great Resource!

What do you like best? I love the ability to do both in-house eblasts, and the ability to do editable searches so I can update existing lists and overwrite them so they are always up to date. What do you dislike? I wish with the platform that the distributions would allow for unlimited distributions annually rather than putting a cap on how many emails you can send out. Just getting started with webinars; use a lot for media lists

What do you like best? We've used Agility for the media lists for a few years, and I'm excited to start using the free webinars; what a great opportunity to learn without committing to an expensive conference. AND that if I can't listen in at the appointed time, I can get a download to watch on my own schedule. That's key. What do you dislike? Perfect for our size

What do you like best? Our rep is amazing. She's been so helpful and really showed us how to make the most of their system. Even after she left and we were assigned a new one, we've had the support we need to make the most of this paid platform. What do you dislike?
