Phenomenal Aggregator!
What do you like best? Agility is intuitive and sleek. I've used other PR tools and think this strikes that perfect balance between outreach and outcome. Plus, the Agility team responds quickly--almost instantly--to questions, which helps when you're exploring the features. What do you dislike? There are occasional instances in which certain media contacts aren't listed, but the Agility Team reviews the suggestion and typically updates the database within minutes of vetting the info. ...

Amazing customer service!
What do you like best? The customer service team goes above and beyond. I have needed custom lists built, and they do it and fast. What do you dislike? The keyword search feature isn't great for niche verticals. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Direct access to media contacts. Benefits: faster outreach

What do you like best? As part of a new initiative, we collaborated with a Carleton university, the City of Ottawa archives and three of our member museums to develop and present a temporary exhibition. We've reached out to media before without much success. Agility PR solutions made it easy to reach the right people and we scored a segment on Ottawa's top-rated afternoon drive radio show - hard-to-get - and an tv segment as well as an interview with the Carleton radio station. Makes list-building easy
What do you like best? I like the fact that I can easily create targeted press lists for clients who require contacts spanning different European countries. It is easy to drill down to the specific type of contacts that are required, add them to a press list, and then review and update the list at a later date. What do you dislike? Sometimes, contacts at smaller, local magazines that I know exist in my specific area of Spain do not appear on the Agility database. What problems are you ...

Best PR Platform on the Market
What do you like best? I love the up to date list of journalist and the monthly price point is very helpful. What do you dislike? You can't export media list and the email blast comes across spammy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reaching media folks that have moved to new networks.

Great onboarding
What do you like best? The product itself is straightforward and easy to use. I've used similar media databases before, and this system is built in a similar way so that it is simple to start using right away. Amazing PR tool!
What do you like best? Agility gives me the ability to build targeted, localized media lists in mere minutes. This has been revolutionary for our company who prior to using Agility had been manually collecting contact info. Good platform but I'm not sure of the people I actually reach
What do you like best? The capability to post a news release. I also like being able to target media people with emails, What do you dislike? Measuring my results. What do you like best? Clipbook creation that creates a report showing details of internet scrape and social media What do you dislike?
