"Many features for the money and great customer support"

What do you like best about Agiliron? The onboarding process was great, they handled all the product imports and assisted with the set up. The customer support is very responsive. What do you dislike about Agiliron? The user interface for the reporting is not very intuitive, but it works great once the reports are created. What problems is Agiliron solving and how is that benefiting you? We are managing our expanding inventory for our internal clients, which has allowed us to be more efficient.

Get this software for you small wholesale business or a retail store

PROS: From the very beginning every team member from agiliron has been very good and informative. We were trained so well with the software that any average user can also take maximum advantage of the software. The fact that the whole system is on the cloud makes is a very big advantage to me, I can access the system from anywhere and make invoices on the go. We have been in business over 45 years and have had a hard time finding a company that is not only personable, but efficient as well. Streamlined our processes

PROS: When you are using multiple channels, it can be cumbersome to have to manage inventory count, selling price, shipping information, and even descriptions in each channel. Agiliron allows you to manage all of this in one place. And the sync to the channels is perhaps the fastest I have seen. Robust System for Wholesale

PROS: Easy to use, intuitive and very customizable. Customer service is excellent. CONS: The implementation can take time because the interface is very customizable but it is great once it's up and running

"Great Experience With Agiliron"

What do you like best about Agiliron? Easy to use and flexible. Was able to customize for my business What do you dislike about Agiliron? Took some time to learn my way around the system because there are so many features What problems is Agiliron solving and how is that benefiting you? We're now accurately tracking inventory across all our sales channels. Saved us a lot of time now that we can login to one system and see all our orders.

Agiliron is Great and Easy to Use

PROS: Agiliron is simple to use and easy to customize for our needs. The B2B features are awesome and allow straight through order processing. The website templates and ability to alter is also nice to have. Agiliron also links directly to quickbooks and allows us to streamline our accounting processes. Agiliron is a good fit

PROS: The reporting is essential in making sure we are able to follow up with any mistakes or items that do not arrive on time. We can communicate internally or externally on issue we may have using the activities function. CONS: I would say the only thing that could work better is when entering items in an assembly build that they have to be selected from a list instead of just directly entered. The same can be said for the universal search function.

"Easy to Use Product with many features"

What do you like best about Agiliron? I like how easy this product is to use. It took Quickbooks and simplified it x 100 and added features that we did not have on QBs. It was also easy to teach my co-workers how to use it as it was this simple. This was extremely important to us. What do you dislike about Agiliron?
