"A good solution for the time"

What do you like best about Agile CRM? I was really excited about using Agile CRM. It does the job of sending segmented drip campaigns and emails. Most of the time it works well in this sense, although we could do more with it. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? The system can be unintuitive but once you are used to it this doesn't matter so much. What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? We perform all our email marketing through AgileCRM.

"Missing critical feature - Anonymous web visitor tracking"

What do you like best about Agile CRM? If we had moved forward with it, Agile CRM would have been priced affordably. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? The most important feature we were looking for in a CRM was tracking web visitors and converting them to leads. These visitors are mostly anonymous. "Nice product but hard to cancel!!"

What do you like best about Agile CRM? Nice CRM, very easy to use and customise, even for the non sales expert. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? Cannot be cancelled directly online. There is only an option to "pause" for a month or two. If you try to cancel, the admin site simply responds with a message saying someone will call you to discuss! What do you like best about Agile CRM? They have a lot of features and comparatively cheaper than hubspot. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? Design and user experience in not great. "Works great for small business"

What do you like best about Agile CRM? The software is easy to get up and running (had some trouble with the DKIM settings but that was resolved) and the CSV import is particularly simple as the mapping is done in software and does not require a new csv to be built before upload. The support has been great so far, needed to use the live chat twice to get the DKIM settings sorted and they were prompt and courteous.
