I've been using Agile for several years…

I've been using Agile for several years now. I like the email campaigns, sms automations and event scheduling. It is a very good tool to grow your business. If you don't have a CRM yet, then get Agile.

"The platform is OK, tech support is terrible, email deliverability is poor"

What do you like best about Agile CRM? The campaigns automation features are good and it is easy to create workflows. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? Their tech support is one of the worst I've ever seen. There are only two techs in the team that never resolve anything. Two weeks ago, in the middle of a large campaign, the platform stopped sending emails. Tech support said this would be resolved in 4 hours, two weeks later the problem persists and there is no estimate date for a fix. ...

What do you like best about Agile CRM? I like how easy it is to navigate through What do you dislike about Agile CRM? I get frustrated with the duplicate accounts. What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? I like to keep track of my leads with this CRM, it makes it easy to close the sales with the reminders

Always some technical issues…

I am not upset with the Customer Service team, they are doing their best in answering but what is more upset is that since October, we have been trying to send out emails through the campaign and every time we decide, there is always a technical issue. It makes me think that my decision of switching from different software to agile was not right. If the same continues, I will switch back to my previous software. at least there weren't such issues that I have to tackle.
