What do you like best about Agile CRM? "It's a very simple to use sale automation software which allows our sales team to access the sales data easily. Scheduling is much easier since the use. Allows all team members to quickly catch up on what the progress and the client interactions by reading through the emails that have been sent previously. I was very pleased with how quickly the agent understood my problem and was able to confirm it was an issue. I was offered a work-around which was implemented immediately. Within five minutes I was able to access Agile again with no problem.
