"Agile CRM review"

What do you like best about Agile CRM? It's the best platform to engage with customers and increase our relations with them, to increase and manage our sales. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? As a multitenant environment, it has few limitations but overall it's best. What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? We can easily track our sales and leads which later can easily be converted to customers.

This company plunges their head in the sand.

There is something seriously wrong with this company. It seems like they are imploding.We have persevered for over three years, with substandard support, unresolved bugs and now, blatant bad business behaviour.Clients are expected to pay up front very month, and that's OK.... but NOT when the service is inaccessible.We have been unable to login for over two weeks now, due to a technical problem with 2-factor authentication.The first line of support do respond with "It's fixed!" but in fact ...

I have struggled for months with Agile…

I have struggled for months with Agile but Ashely was AMAZING in 20 mins she helped me fix issues that have caused me hours of work and pain! I will be reaching out more now when I am stuck as I feel I will actually receive the assistance I need educate myself and make the program do what I need.

This is by far the best CRM that I have…

This is by far the best CRM that I have used based on the price point and the level of flexibility. There is nothing I cannot from sales automations to marketing campaigns. The support is fantastic and I learn something each time. I admit the UX isn't the best in the world but it's fuctional and it works! I pick this over all the major players for a small to medium sized business.
