Generally Agile has been a solid resource for our CRM needs. However we hit a major snag right before an extremely important campaign. There were issues with email verification (core to the functionality of sending out email campaigns!) that seemed to be an actual inherent bug. We had to delay our campaign over the weekend, and the email we received from support DID NOT COMPLETELY RESOLVE THE ISSUE.However on instant chat support, that was available Monday morning EDT but not Friday ...
