What do you like best about Agile CRM? I liked the way things were organised by company/ people from that company. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? At one point it became hard to organize people you had to follow-up with just by using tags and notes. "HORRIBLE TECH SUPPORT!"
What do you like best about Agile CRM? The possibilities - website tracking, email automation, crm, pop-up forms, and more -- seemed like the perfect combo!! What do you dislike about Agile CRM? In trialing this software, we needed to make sure that the website page tracking is possible using our own forms on Squarespace. "The worst email automation tool I've used"
What do you like best about Agile CRM? The CRM part is OK if you want a very basic tool to store your leads, and do not require a lot of customization. You can easily add custom fields, but the interface is basic so I wouldn't recommend it from a visual perspective. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? "Less than great"
What do you like best about Agile CRM? The amount of apps that connect to the cloudware seem to be great. But buggy. It looks good and gives good visual of data. Email integration was good. Captures a lot. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? Customer support is horrible. They sales guys are pushy and offered if I didn't like it that we could get a full refund before 30 days. NOT SO.
