"Great & Flexible for SMB"
What do you like best about Agile CRM? Integrations with Paypal, stripe and built-in forms and email automation. I love tagging contacts and adding them to an automated campaign and being able to rate that contact based on them opening or clicking plus seeing in real time when contact opens or clicks on a link. "Terrible CRM"
What do you like best about Agile CRM? Very little, you can send mass marketing emails but so can other CRMS and they're not so buggy. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? Lots of bugs, complicated to set up a unsubscribe link, no pipeline feature so you have to rely on tags. There are others but I have wasted enough time with Agile and don't want to continue wasting my time. What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Sending marketing emails.

What do you like best about Agile CRM? Recording emails and easily viewing tasks. "Solid Small to Mid Sized Business CRM"
What do you like best about Agile CRM? It has a wide feature set. Reasonable price. Perfect for smaller teams. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? The email creation and HTML editor features are a bit subpar but can be navigated if you have HTML skills. Also it doesn't seem to do the best job at de-duplication. What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking customer experiences and sharing notes. It's great for doing lead scoring based on user-interactions.

What do you like best about Agile CRM? I have been using AgileCRM for more than a year. I have benefited from the improvements and growth. Like all CRM platforms, if you apply yourself to it, the features are amazing. I run multiple businesses and I could not do it without Agile. What do you like best about Agile CRM? The ability to view a snapshot of your contacts, sales and social media. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? The email marketing is not robust and not up to the latest industry standards. Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM: Very good customer support.
