What do you like best about AgencyZoom? The price is right and the value is exceptional. It makes it so easy to stay in touch with our clients. What do you dislike about AgencyZoom? The integration with our agency system isn't simple. What problems is AgencyZoom solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps keeps track of our agent's leads easily - emails are automatically added to our agency system.

What do you like best about AgencyZoom? Integrations with Agency Management System, integration with Phone, texting system and also the integration with Outlook. Very easy to use and set up automations. What do you dislike about AgencyZoom? Wish it had a client intake form integrated for uploading to Commercial and Personal Lines raters. What problems is AgencyZoom solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to easily maintain the sales process and flow and not miss out on opportunities.

What do you like best about AgencyZoom? Agency zoom works with QQ & PL Rater, we enjoy how flexible it is & the ease of use!! We use the pipeline along with automation and tracking. We also really enjoy the use of the reports. What do you dislike about AgencyZoom? We don't have complaints about zoom, it works well and we feel every agency would enjoy it. What do you like best about AgencyZoom? Unfortunately, I'm not sure I've found much, if anything, that I do like. The instruction that has been provided to us was very poor. What do you dislike about AgencyZoom? It doesn't seem to be nearly as automated as other softwares I've used in the past, or as user friendly. Or as straight forward. I can also set up to-do lists to remember who to call to or what I can do to help get more money for our agency! What do you like best about AgencyZoom? You can easily see who is clocked in and on "your team" for the day. Keep track of office birthdays and anniversaries.
