Nice, but lacks transparecy

If you want to do SEO, it's an awesome tool. But if you signed up for the free trial, canceling it is NOT transparent at all. I hate companies that make it as easy as 3-clicks with a big call-to-action button to sign in, and they hide the option to cancel your plans or free trials. People who think the way to charge your credit card at all cost, are sad people, the worst of the worst, scammers, con artists, untruthful, and cheaters. I hate it when that happens. It does certain things well but the website is very slow to use. The cost is pricey for what you get, they constantly try to upsell & lately there is an issue with site audit which shows 1,155 structured data items are invalid even though Google shows them fine, they have accepted fault yet are not fixing issue

You might be a SEO expert but....

If you are not using semrush then you might regret later!Semrush is a bad ass Marketing tool, form competitive research to backlinks and a lot more.... There's no doubt that semrush has been putting great efforts for a long run to provide us more data with more and more accuracy, and keeping UX in mind!In a nutshell, semrush is better than a lot more leading tools in the market and I can bet you won't regret using it! SEMrush is great but they also own some other businesses that participate in some very questionable business practices. I was recently advised by SEMrush to check out this new tool from Poland that they acquired. I only wanted to check it as a trial but then my credit card kept getting charged. No refunds, services cancelled, I had to get a new credit card after using this service. It's a shame as I am happy with SEMrush, when they treat long-term customers this way, it does not boast well ...

Terrible service

Terrible service – unable to change the billing information for the loyal and paying customer. They are asking for nonsense verification documents containing sensitive information. Just insane.

I absolutely love this tool

I absolutely love this tool. I was able to look into the competitor research reports which provided me with very useful information about traffic analytics and keyword gap reports between our website and our competitors'. I recommend SEM Rush to any marketer that needs to complete an audit on competition level, keyword analysis organic traffic and much more.

False data makes it useless

Many tools but inaccurate and especially less good for non-English countries. E.g. if you type a keyword in the keyword magic tool for a non-English speaking country it still shows many English keywords and the search volume doesn’t really change over time (also applies for English speaking countries). I was able to use SEMrush for a graduate class and I was blown away by the amount of data in this service. In fact, my only complaint is there are too many tools and too much information. SEMrush did a great job of making the user experience great, with easy-to-use tools, a great design, and they explain EVERYTHING just by hovering over something or checking their extensive documentation.
