What do you like best about AfterShip? The cohesiveness of all the apps! The shipping updates is for sure a top contender. But for the Shopify integration the reviews is great! What do you dislike about AfterShip? Could use a little easier way to see all the integrations and functions. What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping shipments streamlined for us to track and follow up with customers!

What do you like best about AfterShip? I like how there are many marketing tools in one single app dashboard What do you dislike about AfterShip? The SMM and Email marketing app support was not very helpful. there were communication issues. What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you? Digital marketing and conversion for customers. Send text message marketing, offers, incentives and pop ups. I wanted to set up a customzed referral program and was able to do so.

Ads, user tracking, lack of widgets, old and unupdated UI What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking becomes easy and efficinet and saves time by not having to manually keep track of packages, especially when they are from different shipping services.

Connect multiple email address accounts that AfterShip monitors and pulls in order details and tracking information as soon as those notifications reach the inbox. What do you dislike about AfterShip? I often have to go back into the application and manually mark orders as "delivered" instead of this being an automated process. Understablly there are instances such as returns that can cause some confusion but something that can be improved. What ...
