What do you like best about AfterShip? I love their email marketing. There newsletter, popups and abandon card features are easy to use and effective. What do you dislike about AfterShip? I'd like the software to have more capabilites to fine tune more customers. What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you? I love how effective their newsletter is.

"I needed help understanding my billing"
What do you like best about AfterShip? The ability to track packages and do easy returns! What do you dislike about AfterShip? No ability to call at this time. Nothing more. What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to keep up with my incoming returns and easily provided my customers with a return label. Lastly the ability to provide my patient with tracking from the website.

What do you like best about AfterShip? Easy to use, imports automatically and has live chat for any concerns. What do you dislike about AfterShip? Nothing yet to dislike so far. All seems good. "Monster Tracker"
What do you like best about AfterShip? As of now, the AfterShip gives me accurate tracking information. This is the most reliable tracker so far I have seen on the internet. What do you dislike about AfterShip? AfterShip could have been done better if it could track local parcels. What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you? The only thing that AfterShip benefited me is it gave me fast and reliable up-to-date tracking information.

What do you like best about AfterShip? It is a nice tool, with many plans to choose from, wide options for information, and a very good website. For the end user, it seems pretty good and does the job. Easy to deal with invoices. What do you dislike about AfterShip? "Fantastic shipment tracking"
What do you like best about AfterShip? Very easy to use, and allows customers to receive updates on their shipments What do you dislike about AfterShip? Can be clunky / buggy. Frustrating that eBay integration pulls through Royal Mail shipments, even though they cannot be tracked for free, and yet they still decrease our monthly quote for tracking What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you?
