"Great Service Simple to Use"

What do you like best about AfterShip? Aftership was easy to set up, navigate, and onboard our organization into. What do you dislike about AfterShip? Basic functionality worked great. We did not find it suitable for more complex scenarios What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you? Aftership managed our returns process and allowed our customers to self service, eliminating significant CX time spent on managing returns via email

"Easy to set up and help my business to next level."

What do you like best about AfterShip? Easy to set up return and order tracking page. What do you dislike about AfterShip? Hard to set up more app with Squarespace. What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you? Couldn't find the place to change the Contact Us email. They are friendly and solve the issue quickly.

What do you dislike about AfterShip? The backend is a little clunky and difficult to navigate What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you? They helped me understand and fix the notification issues I was having.

What do you like best about AfterShip? Started using Aftership with Woocommerce this week. We faced some struggles and had questions to set up some things als always got very fast support via chat and email. There was a rather big issue with a carrier and they fixed it within 48hrs so we could continue our setup. We are now exploring the other options this platforms offers.
