What do you like best about AfterShip? Quick technical support, quite a large selection of courier services What do you dislike about AfterShip? There are some problems with tracking sometimes, but the service team fixes them quite quickly What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you? We don't need to integrate with the courier service, instead we can receive statuses from Aftership. Accordingly, we spend less resources on developing integrations

What do you like best about AfterShip? The attitude of Samad Khan, who is in support. He understood my issue and proceeded to solve it. What do you dislike about AfterShip? After-ship senior staff lacks product information and technical information to solve an issue. Rely too much on technical teams for simple answers. What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you? Prefer not to answer at the moment.

What do you like best about AfterShip? I like the features this platform offers. I'm able to export reports. See tracking of shipments and monitor how many shipments are sent out. I encountered an issue with their billing but that was sorted out by Rahul. He was patient and made sure I get the solution needed to continue with the plan. I am grateful for supports like Rahul as they make situations easy to resolve. What do you dislike about AfterShip? I didn't like how slow the first ...

"Tracking system is good. But the Online Chat is a waste of time. Wait every 5 mins to get each reply"
What do you like best about AfterShip? Supports most of the carriers. Aftership supports B2C Europe. It's the reason I switched to it. Also, I do not require to integrate with my SMTP server to send notification emails. It's easier to set up. What do you dislike about AfterShip? The Online Chat is unprofessional. I spent an hour waiting for an agent to resolve my issue. Three agents were switched during this 1 hour. Get reply from them in every 5 mins. It's a waste of time. What problems is ...

What do you like best about AfterShip? Aftership was easy to set up, navigate, and onboard our organization into. What do you dislike about AfterShip? Basic functionality worked great. We did not find it suitable for more complex scenarios What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you? Aftership managed our returns process and allowed our customers to self service, eliminating significant CX time spent on managing returns via email
