What do you like best? The best support of M365 on the market. Very detailed support of SharePoint and Teams. Solid backup

What do you like best? We had many problems with a few vendors of O365 backups in the past. The most important value of a backup service is data availability and support. Reliable and easy to use

What do you like best? Easy to use and very reliable tool. We switched to Afi from another vendor where we used to have many problems with restores and support. The system itself very fast and intuitive, no training required at all. We use self service for employees and it saves a lot of time for IT dept, especially with Teams being used heavily. Stable solution

What do you like best? The interface is simple & clear, no errors or technical issues with the product. What do you dislike? We lack some custom features needed for our use cases - like being able to consolidate multiple users' Drives into a single Shared Drive, or being able to share O365 files with external G Suite users. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Backup and arhive for shared files and email communications.

Reliable backup provider

What do you like best? We've used them for 1 year and had no problems with the service. Any questions my team had about UI and restore operations were addressed very quickly. More reliable than older backups

What do you like best? We had to migrate from another vendor who was plagued by backup errors and missing files in backups. Most of all we like reporting in Afi which explicitly lists any problems there were during backup process, so we don't get any surprises when we need to restore. What do you dislike? Very granular admin roles, would love to see more automation workflows

What do you like best? We use it as a G Suite backup and archiving tool for G Suite email and file shares. We never had any issues with backup failures or restore. The best feature is the ability to create custom administrator roles, and even limit access to backup data to G Suite admins. What do you dislike?
