They had great integrations with Shopify, a lot of opportunities to A/B test their new products and loved the ability to customize tranches based on SKU. What do you dislike about Affirm? "Too much trouble for customers"
What do you like best about Affirm? Offers options for customers with limited purchase power What do you dislike about Affirm? Too many customers have issues using Affirm and completing checkout. Failed attempts cause multiple affirm records, but do not result in an order causing frustration. We can't help because the interaction is with affirm not us, but customers don't understand that.
