What do you like best about Affinity? Super easy and straight forward product with a fast learning curve. The ability for CRM entries to continually refresh automatically is a huge value add. Beyond using the product as CRM entry, it is slowly becoming a system of record. Customer service team is also extremely responsive and supportive. Affinity takes our user experience feedback seriously and works with us to constantly improve the product.
