What do you like best? I like that AeroAdmin does not need any installation. You just have to download, run the program, input the ID and you are already connected. The remote screen also has a smooth interface and easy to use. Screen record is possible by just following the steps and even unattended access is possible for this. Good Lightweight Remote Desktop Software

Been using AeroAdmin and it gave me an easy way to control remote PC. As time goes by they are updating updates which make it more reliable. Overall the License cost is really cheap and good for a solo or small organization.Give AeroAdmin a try and you would surely not regret it.

Waste of money

Unfortunately I purchased this product before realising it's not fit for purpose. You can't access a computer unattended due to the app not being able to launch until the initial log in screen has been dismissed. Therefore unless someone is with the machine to input the password you can't access it. A complete waste of money and the support process was long and tedious with no actual resolution. Teamviewer is expensive but it's reliable.

Misssold, Blocked from system and took money.

Purchased the premium version of this software. It did not work as promised. After lots of arguing they gave a partial refund. Informed them that its not good enough so they kept the money and blocked us. Currently being investigated by payment processor and bank.

Completely waste of money

Great, free remote software

What do you like best? I love how I can reconnect automatically if there is a disconnection, and how I can see UAC messages. The end user has to click on them, but that's as it should be. What do you dislike? That I can't reconnect automatically after a reboot, but it's free, so I understand there are limitations. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? For elderly clients who need help, or the technically impaired, it is a real time saver.

Have used AeroAdmin successfully for several months.

What do you like best? The customer downloads and installs AeroAdmin onto their computer, then we exchange info and connect. What do you dislike? The customer must be savvy enough to download and install AeroAdmin. Of course, this is not a major dislike. As of 7/30/2018, we no longer use AeroAdmin. It is convienent for a free software but not one I would pay for.

What do you like best? I like how it is free and fairly easy to use. I do like how when you jump onto someone's computer you are able to act as the administrator. What do you dislike? Features within the program are buggy, like the control alt delete button does not work. The display is difficult to work with, especially if the other user has multiple screens.
