Comprehensive but clunky to use

What do you like best? The tool does offer an in-depth report on rankings and it probably one the most accurate tools with a difficult task. What do you dislike? The UI is dated and not intuitive. It's expensive and slow - sometimes I had to leave it running overnight. These days, I prefer using Google Webmaster tools and manual checking. Occasional inconsistent SERP data returned (as compared with manual verification) , occasional missing data or query failure (especially with Bing/Yahoo, with a caveat: AWR Support leads have identified problems with those engines, and is working with them to solve.) ...

What do you like best? Advanced Web Ranking can do a lot if you're looking for a stand-alone software. Very low cost of ownership. What do you dislike? Overwhelming UI design. Crashes quite often on Macs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Competitive analysis.

What do you like best? How very straight-foward & customizable AWR is. I also like how intuitive it is regarding competitors & the competitive analysis reports AWR generates. What do you dislike?
