They support our creative initiatives to a high standard. As a small team we do not have the capability to create our ads, their creative solution has been invaluable. On top of this we have always had amazing, reliable account managers that understand our business needs.

Great Tool & Great Account Managers

We have had two amazing Account Managers, Randi & Wes, who have helped us with strategies, goals we want to accomplish, and support. The platform has been very easy to use with the help of our Account Managers. The shortage of our company staff to use all the tools of the platform would be the only negative. We are getting new leads, that we are wanting to accomplish, and our average order value has gone up.

A Great Compliment to Our Digital Strategy.

AdRoll is a great compliment to our digital strategy. They are able to quickly pivot when plans change - a big bonus for our organization. I am able to work with our Account Manager to decide on the tactic that will work for best for each campaign, including targeting and frequency. We mainly utilize the remarketing tool to drive conversions, and have been pleased with the results.
