What do you like best? The system is user friendly and provides all the necessary tools to conduct daily HR activities. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Workforce Now is a solid Payroll Platform. It offers easy solutions for electronic tax filing, self onboarding of new employees and management of benefits. ADP offers a payroll module that works for small businesses and midsize to enterprise companies, for small businesses the system lets you process payroll and a few steps while it automatically calculates and pays taxes for you. for larger companies we get automated payroll that handles taxes and compliance and gives us several different payment options like direct deposit, check delivery and the ability to print our own checks. What do you like best? I love that you can access the system anytime from anywhere. It's very user friendly. The guides are great as a backup support, along with the screenshots to help you feel at ease that you are following instructions precisely & in the proper menu. Overall easy to navigate
What do you like best? Overall easy to navigate and my specialist is helpful. What do you dislike? When printing certain items like final PTO balances does not work. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Timecards are easy to use for our employees. Employees are much better at filling them out.

Can't enter all user data from the beginning Recommendations to others considering the product: It is very user friendly, Time keeping works great, Has many reports for your needs What problems are you solving with the product? Could use a little work, but overall a decent system
What do you like best? When all information is passed over from the HR system, signup is simple and quick What do you dislike? From a user perspective, when there are things that need to be filled out, the notifications don't push in a timely manner or they're not easy to see on the dashboard What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? At fast paced growth, the system wraps up Timekeeping, hours, time off, and benefits into one package.
