Used to be better...
What do you like best? ADP does the basics of what you would expect from a payroll system. We are able to manage different employee types across departments within each business unit. Payments are made on time and customer service has been available when needed. What do you dislike? ADP recently changed their user interface. Why ADP works for me!
What do you like best? ADP WFN is a one-stop shop for all of our needs. We are able to maximize the self service use for our employees, which allows us to have a great communication avenue with our employees. ADP is always looking at ways to improve the user experience, and does a great job at communicating up to date information to us. What do you dislike? Moving forward in Business
What do you like best? I love the digital time cards and the way our managers can see their crews time each day. We went to having 400 pieces of paper time cards each pay period to virtually NONE. I also like the HR management component that is proving to outweigh all the costs for us. We just began onboarding our new people online with limited paper now and having them fill out the required forms online, which is proving to be super helpful. What do you like best? It is a very powerful tool for our human resources team, since they have the opportunity to have an easy-to-use payroll software, and obtain solutions to simplify daily processes. What do you like best? I love that while using ADP that we have a dedicated rep for when we need help. No calling in and getting just whomever answers. What do you dislike? Great system for any size companies.
What do you like best? Request time off in portal, good discounts. What do you dislike? Not too much to dislike about this software but could be more user friendly. ADP, the standard for payroll
What do you like best? ADP works on many different platforms. The mobile app is just as user friendly as the webpage and everything is well formatted to find what you need. There is also access to files from different companies if they both used ADP. I'm able to find my tax files and pay stubs for multiple companies. What do you dislike? What do you like best? This software is amazing for organizing and automating everything related to business management. What do you like best? ADP is a streamlined way to track all employees pay, performance, and HR statuses. What do you dislike? Lag between running payroll and when paystubs are available for viewing. Recommendations to others considering the product: Be sure to request a thorough demo to learn all the components. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great platform
What do you like best? i like that everything our employees need is all in one place What do you dislike? The only issue i have ever run into with ADP is when we had to do individual reviews What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
