Great HR platform
What do you like best? Ease of use, notifications and accuracy. What do you dislike? Password management and user name criteria is a little clunky. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great platform that I’m sure offers more than what we use it for. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? On the go HR tools for team and personal management. Time off, pay statements, etc.

ADP Workforce Now is the best!
What do you like best? Everything that is needed is right at my fingertips. What do you dislike? Sometimes there is a long wait to get a representative. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My employees are able to get answers and access data without having to contact me. It frees up my time and helps them be more self sufficient.

ADP technical support feels like my teammates.
What do you like best? If I have a problem that I cannot figure out my Account Manager (Cathleen Macek) not only points me in the right direction but stays with me until my problem is resolved. A good business tool
What do you like best? I can use ADP anywhere I have a computer and an internet connection. All of my information is at my fingertips, in a secure format. What do you dislike? Not always easy to navigate between screens, but it's a small price to pay. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are a small office. ADP helps us manage paying our employees. Depending on the time of year, we have from 50 employees to over 300.

Customer Service Representatives are always extremely helpful
What do you like best? Customer Service is great, always. love it What do you dislike? The constant updating of the software. There are changes all the time. Recommendations to others considering the product: Staff is great and the software is easy to learn What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have no problems at this current moment. Benefits are the easy access to knowledgeable representatives

ADP Workforce Now
What do you like best? I like the ease of working through the system for timecard review and approval, time off requests, payroll processing, etc. Also, I appreciate being able to pick up the phone to speak with a live representative. What do you dislike? I dislike the wait time to talk with a live representative. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Efficiencies with reviewing and approving timecards and processing payroll.

Payroll Review
What do you like best? Speed and accuracy of the payroll system What do you dislike? It is not always user intuitive or user friendly Recommendations to others considering the product: ADP is comprehensive and fast for payroll processing. Some reports are not as intuitive as I would like however. I would recommend ADP for Payroll processing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? PPP reports have been very helpful

Excellent intereface. Easy to use.
What do you like best? Easy to use employer dashboard. Employees also find the clock in/clock out function easy. Patients can manage their reports and demographics easily from one site What do you dislike? Took some time to integrate the time functions with the payroll functions. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have saved both my time and money. It has saved me about 6 hours a month and that easily pays for itself. It ...

What do you like best? I like that we can customize the HR and payroll options based on our needs as an organization. What do you dislike?
