What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now? We switched from Ultipro to ADP Workforce Now a year ago. ADP has been such a helpful HRIS in the sense of data and analytics as well as a great payroll resource.

This platform has proven to be a great asset for our growing company!
PROS: I like the linking between Payroll, Time and Attendance, HR and the GL. It makes room for real-time adjustments. It's a handy tool for reporting which consists of canned report and a simple report-writer. The UI is easily viewed and understood by newbies and experienced professionals. It fosters a clearer payroll processing!

What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now? In Workforce the reporting system fully automates the formation of sales force reports as far as graphics editions are concerned. ADP Workforce now includes an activity manager that allows the inclusion of shortcuts to speed up work.

What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now? ADP Makes it super easy to clock in and clock out, as well as checking your schedule and viewing your pay card. If you opt in for company benefits you can also choose your benefits through your ADP portal. Overall very easy to use and a great resource to have.

"A very versatile tool"
What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now? The ability to refer my employees to ADP to reference everything from their schedules, to handbook policies, to benefit summaries, to third party resources. It's nice to let them know it's all in one spot, and they have access to it pretty much any time.

What do you like best? I think the best thing is the ADP is all inclusive. It is really helpful that everything from onboarding, payroll, taxes, benefits, time and attendance, and even terminations are on the same platform, or have the ability to be.
