What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now? The upside to susing ADP is they do he majority of he work for you freeing up tome to focus on other part of the job. Every time I have a need or an issue even if I ahve created that issue myself ADP is there to help me out. The reps are friendly and extremely knowledgable.

"Great System - Great Investment!"
What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now? I love that you can build your own package and add on programs as you do and progress as a company. Not ready for salary management yet? No big deal. Need additional time implementing and getting your team on board with performance management? ADP agents are there to help! Once you build your basic ADP WFN package, you can go as far as you want with it!

What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now? The ease of use is incredibly easy. You are able to customize your dashboard and basically each page. Also the SmartCompliance feature has ADP complete & file all of our taxes. The system is very well ran and makes my life so much easier! The reports that are automatically ran and availalbe are very relevant and helpful. Also, the fact that we can use an App to have all employees receive their paychecks/paystubs/tax documents electronically is ...

A big help to our rapidly growing company!
PROS: I like the link made between HR, time and attendance and payroll. It fosters for real-time updates so adjustments can be done swiftly. It's a useful reporting tool that can be function as a report-writer. Its appearance is simple to look at and understand. It fosters for a transparent and easy-to-forecast payroll processing.

Using ADP Workforce Now — now!
PROS: I like the fact that payroll processing can be seen on the dashboard. Even more so with the changes being made. When it comes to system changes, it always aligns to that of payroll law changes. ADP is clearly leading the pack on knowing what's good for the clients. It's able to determine which functions best for a certain situation while remaining compliant.

What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now? Our company went with ADP Workforce Now in 2016 and have nothing but great things to say! We recently implemented time and attendance and that has made all the difference. We have everything we need at our fingertips. ADP is by far the best decision we have made for our HRIS system.

"Moving forward in Business"
What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now? I love the digital time cards and the way our managers can see their crews time each day. We went to having 400 pieces of paper time cards each pay period to virtually NONE. I also like the HR management component that is proving to outweigh all the costs for us. We just began onboarding our new people online with limited paper now and having them fill out the required forms online, which is proving to be super helpful. Less errors are occuring ...
