ADP Complete Review

What do you like best? I think the best thing is the ADP is all inclusive. It is really helpful that everything from onboarding, payroll, taxes, benefits, time and attendance, and even terminations are on the same platform, or have the ability to be. I have worked for companies that do have a platform like this and it's not as streamlined. ADP helps decrease the chaos in a potentially chaotic (ever-changing) field- Human Resources. Great HR platform

What do you like best? Ease of use, notifications and accuracy. What do you dislike? Password management and user name criteria is a little clunky. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great platform that I’m sure offers more than what we use it for. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? On the go HR tools for team and personal management. Time off, pay statements, etc.

What do you like best? Everything that is needed is right at my fingertips. What do you dislike? Sometimes there is a long wait to get a representative. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My employees are able to get answers and access data without having to contact me. It frees up my time and helps them be more self sufficient.

ADP technical support feels like my teammates.

What do you like best? If I have a problem that I cannot figure out my Account Manager (Cathleen Macek) not only points me in the right direction but stays with me until my problem is resolved. A good business tool

What do you like best? I can use ADP anywhere I have a computer and an internet connection. All of my information is at my fingertips, in a secure format. What do you dislike? Not always easy to navigate between screens, but it's a small price to pay. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are a small office. ADP helps us manage paying our employees. Depending on the time of year, we have from 50 employees to over 300.

What do you like best? Customer Service is great, always. love it What do you dislike? The constant updating of the software. There are changes all the time. Excellent intereface. Easy to use.

What do you like best? Easy to use employer dashboard. Employees also find the clock in/clock out function easy. Patients can manage their reports and demographics easily from one site What do you dislike? Took some time to integrate the time functions with the payroll functions. Why ADP works for me!

What do you like best? ADP WFN is a one-stop shop for all of our needs. We are able to maximize the self service use for our employees, which allows us to have a great communication avenue with our employees. ADP is always looking at ways to improve the user experience, and does a great job at communicating up to date information to us. What do you dislike? Moving forward in Business

What do you like best? I love the digital time cards and the way our managers can see their crews time each day. We went to having 400 pieces of paper time cards each pay period to virtually NONE. I also like the HR management component that is proving to outweigh all the costs for us. We just began onboarding our new people online with limited paper now and having them fill out the required forms online, which is proving to be super helpful.
