Amazing ADP service.

Thru the years and in many companies I have used ADP. It always been fine/reliable, but on my last interaction they were better than any service I ever used. It was like if they were waiting for my call with the nicest agent, Mhel case #38966164, babysitting me on the phone until my issue was resolved. I wish every interaction with a help desk could be as nice as she was.

"Easiest Tool I've ever used"

What do you like best about ADP Vantage HCM? I really like the dashboard, and it makes it easy to see what tasks I need to complete (with direct reports) how my current time card is looking with requested time off, and a glimpse of where my time off hours are in one glance What do you dislike about ADP Vantage HCM? What do you like best about ADP Vantage HCM? I find that ADP is easily accessible to understand and quick to use when looking to further understand our payroll breakdown, benefits summary, and HR reviewals. What do you dislike about ADP Vantage HCM? Customer care can be very generic, it would be beneficial if it was more personalized to fit questions from the company specifically or team specifically. What do you like best about ADP Vantage HCM? This service is very easy to use and user-friendly. What do you dislike about ADP Vantage HCM? Nothing to report at this moment in time. What problems is ADP Vantage HCM solving and how is that benefiting you? This service makes it very easy for my employer to record payroll. As a user, it is easy to navigate. It is self explanatory and does not leave me with unanswered questions.
