Workfront Improves Efficiencies

By adding Workfront as my team's project management tool we were able to see hang ups in our projects which resulted in updating our day-to-day priorities and overall process to shorten our queue time (request to proof) in half. We were also able to pull metrics to prove to the business that we were understaffed for the growing demand. I continue to be impressed by Workfront's capabilities on a daily basis. I work for an "in-house" creative team for a large healthcare company. We had to implement and the put the software into place in a tight timeframe. Setting up the back-end can be tricky but it's logical and becomes more intuitive with practice and familiarization.
