After 4 months of not using this service and paying about 145,16€ for literally nothing (I didn't realise I had activated this service)....:-I am not able to reach customer servicer for cancelling the plan. no email, no phone, no chat...-I cannot delete my credit card (so they can keep charging me)-I cannot cancel my plan unless I pay adicional 127,02€So that makes 272,18€!! for a service I did ...

ScammersPut me into a 12 month contract without informing me. Tried to charge me £107 for leaving!If you leave, you lose access to everything you've paid for.I contacted support who waived the fee (after trying to get me to sign up to other plans).Apparently there is also a loophole you can use to cancel. Dodgy practises annual subscription plans

Dodgy practises when it comes to their stock subscription. Autorenew your plan each year and if you don't cancel within a short window in the last month, you are consigned to another 12 months subscription under threat of unfair cancellation fees if you wish to leave.Went to cancel a plan only 1 day into the new contract and they were threatening 50% annual cancellation fee. What do you like best about Adobe Stock? It has a lot of choice for images and lets you re-download them for free whenever you want to. It has an ok search function and allows you to see similar pictures from the same artist. It shows you the format it will be downloaded in and is very quick to use once logged in. What do you like best about Adobe Stock? The solution has a wide selection of content and I have been able to find appropriate stock photography images for all relevant pages on our site. This is generally achieved through the powerful search functionality that finds suitably tagged images, although on occasion I find myself having to search multiple times with wording/phrase variances to find the image that I want.
