That's the problem with most large stock companies - locked in subscription services, difficulty contacting, etc. A better solution is to buy content directly from artists on their websites. Also, that's a good way for supporting artists because the large stock agencies keep 60 - 85% of earnings to themselves.

I signed up for their free trial and when it came to cancel the plan, I was unable to access the 'manage plan' area of my account as it was greyed out and would not allow me to click it. I tried several times to no avail. I was subsequently charged £23.99 and despite explaining what had happened to their representative, they told me I'd still have to continue paying for this despite the fact this was not even through my own fault, or I would face being charged an extortionate cancellation ...

What do you like best about Adobe Stock? I like that it is user-friendly, and appears to be updated often What do you dislike about Adobe Stock? I feel it cost more than other stock agencies. What problems is Adobe Stock solving and how is that benefiting you? Searching and purchasing stock images for clients or for personal use, in an easy, user-friendly environment.

The good is okay and the bad is terrible

On the plus side, decent selection of various visual assets all the way from video to line drawings. Also on the plus side, reasonable amount of okay free stuff and available instantly.On the down side, their pricing scheme. It's a total gotcha and honestly the monthly is steep unless you literally are using it every day. Whatever skinny, dweeby little bean counter that came up with it is probably the same dude who designed the seats in coach class on airlines and wrote the interest rate ...

"Super easy to use and a huge time saver"

What do you like best about Adobe Stock? I love that Adobe Stock integrates directly into the Adobe products I use. This makes it really easy to try images before purchasing. I also love that my Creative Cloud account includes Adobe Stock. This is a huge time saver on all my projects. I can grab the assets I need and move on. What do you dislike about Adobe Stock?
