It's Adobe's product and that's enough

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Adobe’s Enterprise Plan 2 option allows us to request signatures so we can use digital certificates. Anyone who has digital certificate and Acrobat Reader configuration on their device can be incorporated in ad-hoc workflow. The other good thing is that the Signatories are not required to have sign service license or to install the tool on their device.

What do you like best? Adobe Sign makes the sharing and signing off of contracts, reviews or other documents that require signatures especially easy during this current climate of working remotely.

What do you like best? I love that it gives the option to save a signature as well as your initials. It's easy and you're sending your document in a matter of a couple clicks. It literally takes longer to save the document than it does to sign and send. I love it! We also use Docusign which makes you get a code if you're using it on another computer even though you've already signed in which Adobe does not, once you're in- you're golden. It has made such a huge impac in our paperless efforts.

What do you like best? This application made it so easy for me to submit very important documents while working from home without access to a scanner. It ensured all of this was done in a safe and secure manner.

What do you like best? I like that integrates with Salesforce that is really to use tool when you are sending document to get a sign.

What do you like best? Able to access and send docs directly from Acrobat. Optional website interface is easy to use as well. Easy form setup and ability to add fields to uploaded forms. Email progress updates & document tracking keep you informed and formalize "paper trail" for legitimacy.

What do you like best? The very best thing is the ability to obtain legally binding signatures when its not possible to get wet ink signatures.
