Great platform with strong engagement features ...in theory.

What do you like best? Pre-loading decks, polls and files so that you don't have to rely on remote presenter and waste time switching between assets. What do you dislike? Connectivity issues for end users and sometimes even presenters and hosts, being bumped out of room randomly, losing audio, video failing. It has happened to me as the host many times, when I have very high bandwidth (FiOS Gigabit, 1 user in home, mesh WiFi) and I'm not connected to my VPN. Also, uploading ...

Great features with serious caveats

What do you like best? The feature set of Adobe Connect is unrivaled in live webinar offerings. What do you dislike? The support offered by Adobe for Connect is not enterprise-level. Sometimes specific functionality is unreliable. Unexplained outages. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure to identify what the support expectations and delivery will be from Adobe. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Good program but always having problems

What do you like best? I really like the different tools on the whiteboard & that I can draw. The lines with double arrows. What do you dislike? I dislike that I am not able to using my drawing tablet for the white board & only the mouse. I don't like that I can't change the primary colors I use. I teach math & use a lot of color coding & have some students who are color blind so I have specific colors I use & they aren't the default colors. I also have a lot of students that ...

NOT SATISFACTORY

What do you like best? User Friendly, Audience does not have technical difficulties as before. The New update is good for non-Mac users. What do you dislike? We are experiencing issues when we download the recording. THE AUDIO IS COMPLETELY OUT OF SYNC. This was not fixed by Adobe. The quality of our conferences has not been up to the mark because of this issue. The support team are doing their best, however they are not able to resolve this issue. Even the fixed version is ...

Adobe Connect is not Suitable for a Virtual Classroom

What do you like best? Adobe Connect does not have many positive features, but it does have a few good layouts that work well for presenting slides. In addition, you can use breakout rooms, but they often crash and managing the pods can be very difficult. Another feature that is nice is that you can change the access to only allow registered users to enter the classroom which can be handy at times. What do you dislike? Adobe is very dated, crashes often, and doesn't allow good ...

Really efficient and lag free experience.

What do you like best? I like how everything is managed in the UI. The learning curve is quite minimal. The experience is lag free and I barely experienced any pixelation. What do you dislike? The UI looks a little outdated and sometimes it fails to add people in the meeting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Most of our online meetings for office work happen on Adobe Connect. We have hosted multiple team meetings on the ...

The video conferencing tool with the most features

What do you like best? To say the least, Adobe Connect has an insane amount of features. It has security and privacy making it outright impossible for someone uninvited to enter. To greater increase security, usernames and password with set website links are created for meeting rooms. The tracking feature is very elaborate, explaining each and every piece of user activity. You can also implement the use of quizzes on the same platform. You can make the presentations be shown at a ...

A great software to hold online trainings and seminar

What do you like best? I find the ability to share powerpoint presentations and also to have a meeting to share with a number of people. What do you dislike? The connectivity issues, are the only problem I faced while using the software as at times. Recommendations to others considering the product: na What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We hold new hire trainings on Adobe Connect. Which has been very successful as the ...

Great for Individual Tutoring/Learnring Platform

What do you like best? I like that you can set up breakout rooms where each attendee can be placed into separate rooms within the same platform. What do you dislike? Sometimes the platform is a little glitchy depending on the number of people logged into a connect link. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can have individualized tutoring 1:1 and yet the teacher can work with other students by popping in and out of breakout ...
