Daily User, Overall Satisfied

What do you like best? The available options in the meeting room - presentations, video, audio, whiteboard, screen sharing. The ability to transfer "ownership" of the meeting and enable participants to access tools. What do you dislike? This may depend on screen size, but I have difficulty fitting all the pods that I want to use on the screen (discussion, chat, video, sharing area. I would like to be able to paste an image onto the whiteboard and get better results when pasting text. ...

Functional but not exemplary

What do you like best? Adobe Connect stores data you can refer to later to benchmark. I can log into it from anywhere, not just from my office. That online component is good because I like the "cloud" mentality. And when using Google Chrome I can log in easily from my work or home OS. What do you dislike? It isn't overly user friendly. It's good for internal meetings but it really falls down when it comes to external webinars. On the day of a webinar I get about 15 emails from people ...

A standard video conference tool

What do you like best? Adobe connect is your standard video conference (or conference call tool - very helpful for giving presentations and eliciting feedback when all participants are not in the same geographic location. It is straightforward to use, with plenty of drop-down options for modulate use, and the administrator of the conference has plenty of control over the tools to mute participants or share screens or set up polls. What do you dislike? There is nothing in particular to ...

Just like being in the same real world room!

What do you like best? I love that Adobe Connect creates an environment akin to real world. I am employed by a work at home company, when we log into work its like we are actually going somewhere just by opening the Adobe Connect room where we can all chat real time and even send private message, share video, images, and audio. The ability to share PowerPoint open polls and more makes it even better. I was in awe after my first week at work feeling as though I was actually around the ...

The product serves its purpose efficiently to create documents and items to share with others What do you dislike? Useful software with a great deal of functionality.

What do you like best? I like that this software allows screen sharing/document retrieval, audio (visual also, and chat features. I also like that we can record calls for later viewing. What do you dislike? Occasionally, the audio can be buggy/low quality. It could be an issue with requiring a decent amount of bandwidth. Recommendations to others considering the product Quite useful for meetings. They even have a "raise your hand" function for attendees so the presenter can stop ...

Adobe Connect is very useful for presentations and screen sharing.

What do you like best? It is easy to set up meetings with Adobe Connect. There is no limit to the number of calls. Easy to find and update meetings as needed. What do you dislike? I am in graphic design and the site is not very visually appealing. Could just be me but I prefer something with more color. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We do several presentations per week and this is very handy for setting those up and ...

Classrooms

What do you like best? I like the options given to the host of a conference. There's different ways to arrange the conference so that you can see others via webcast, or share your screen, so you can show a powerpoint. Also, as a host, you have the power to grant rights to participants, so that's nice to not have the wild west where everyone might be fiddling with the meeting, but you don't need to jump through hoops for someone to impromptu share their screen. What do you dislike? We ...

Adobe Connect as an alternative to Skype

What do you like best? I like that it's a solid alternative to Skype, which doesn't always scream professional. What do you dislike? It's definitely not as easy to use. The layout of the functionality takes some time to get use to, which can be nerve racking when someone you are meeting with or interviewing with requests that you use Adobe Connect. And since you don't get to see the lay of the land before hand, it can be tough. What business problems are you solving with the product? ...

Video conferencing = Adobe Connect

What do you like best? The system has been the best in meeting the requirements of usability, configuration and performance. In addition to using the system and manage users, it allows loading of presentations, pdfs, it gives support to different pods (chat, polls, video and voice, etc. and allows video conference sessions recording for later download / viewing. One of the advantages of Adobe Connect is that it allows an easy integration with e-learning platforms like moodle. It has a ...
