What do you like best? I like how seamless this platform can be. Customer service is quick to respond. What do you dislike? We have come across a lot of technical difficulties. Anytime updates were made to the platform, we had several customers who ran into issues. Taking the time to troubleshoot with each customer was very time consuming. What do you like best? The ability to capture and edit video while adding graphics, captions and pointers was incredible. What do you dislike? Cost of full product for people who wouldn't use it frequently.
