Powerful E-Learning Builder

What do you like best? Plenty of options and customization to make training modules interactive and engaging. What do you dislike? Sometimes overwhelming, can be easy to forget how to do certain functions at times. Recommendations to others considering the product: Play around with it, learn how to do things as you go rather than be overwhelmed with all the available tools. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Turns boring static ...

Interesting app but can be complicated at times

What do you like best? I like that the installation and setup are easy What do you dislike? The software can be pretty complicated to use and took me a very long time to figure out how to achieve my desired result. I ended up just using different software. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None anymore.

Not what I expected

What do you like best? It allowed you to create training online. What do you dislike? The system was too cumbersome and confusing. You had to have one application to make the presentations and if you wanted to add training questions you had to use another system and import it into the presentation. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you have employees who aren't computer savvy this isn't the right system for you. What problems are you solving with the ...

Adobe Captivate Prime is a good LMS with a few irritating quirks yet to be tamed.

What do you like best? I like that Captivate Prime has all the tools to create a learning module, either as a rapid-prototype or deliverable ready for distribution. What do you dislike? There lurks a few annoying quirks in the software that reminds me of the struggles I experienced with Nineties-era software. It's sometimes difficult to manage global formatting. And, I've found the need to ALWAYS save my project after each change due to unexpected hangs and crashes. The software is ...

Regal Security and Captivate Prime

What do you like best? Captivate Prime has some of the best analytics around and is really easy to use. You are also able to get up and running in no time when initially starting the onboarding process. What do you dislike? The report section could be more user friendly. Also the csv files generated look nothing like the dashboard so you have to have an intimate knowledge of Excel to get the reports looking like something more than just raw data. Recommendations to others ...
